Zéphir 2009 (Red Wine)

Zéphir is a dark red cherry colour wine. This compact wine sings of red berries mingled with vanilla notes. Light, silky tannins refresh the mouth in roundmess.

It agrees magnificently with venison deglazed with Zéphir and field berries or with Zéphir au coq.  This wine is a great accompaniment to beef bib with green ognions or with Italian style osso bucco veal shanks.
